A food manufacturer has a variety of specifications of cartons need to be sealed. Need to seal the machine automatically adapt to different specifications of cartons in packing line. The sealing speed needs to reach 10 cases per minute.

Customers from the food industry, due to the variety of products, a large number of cartons of different specifications need to be sealed.Through communication with customers, Cl-Pack classified the cartons and realized automatic positioning of the sealing mechanism by photoelectric detection.The equipment can be automatically adapted to the carton of different sizes and specifications, to achieve folding cover, sealing tape, transport fully automated.
